legalboards

overview

Legalboards simplifies the way legal tasks are done through a web-based platform that features a minimalist user interface with agile Kanban boards.

THE CHALLENGE

While most case management systems for lawyers are focused on data storage and office management, Legalboards was created to improve daily productivity by applying agile methods to legal workflows. As the legal technology industry grows from increased adaptation within firms, the need for increased productivity and solutions for common challenges lawyers face is also growing. Developing a solution that is visually pleasing while helping lawyers with their workflows, management, and productivity is needed.

So, where does Ultrahaus come in?

the goals

A web-based software application that automated most of the manual processes to get the forecasting and reports done.

PROCESS

  • After years of providing tech solutions to Big Law clients, Legalboards grew out of Ultrahaus.
  • From ideation, the team had a pivoting phase while testing the first versions of the software and noticed a low level of adoption.
  • This risk was mitigated through unifying the customer success team and the development team to adapt the features roadmap according to customer feedback- in almost real time.
  • This led to a new method of developing software side-by-side with the sales team, optimizing the timing of the go-market launch of the product.
