DIGITAL INNOVATION
Transforming Data-Driven Client Interactions
McQueen Financial is a nationwide financial advisory firm established in 1999. They focus on empowering financial institutions with results-oriented services that adapt to evolving market demands.
Challenge
In McQueen’s high-stakes environment, exchanging structured data like financial reports, projections, and stress test scenarios was essential—but their process was bogged down by constant file exchanges and potential data security risks. They needed a solution to simplify and secure client interactions while reducing inefficiencies.
Solution
MFA Navigator: Ultrahaus collaborated with McQueen Financial to design a centralized dashboard, MFA Navigator, empowering clients to:
- Access Data 24/7: ALM, peer analysis, and liquidity stress tests available on-demand.
- Simulate Scenarios Instantly: Dynamic ALM simulations and CECL reporting enable clients to model scenarios in real time.
- Streamline Reporting: Users can export and generate detailed reports in a few clicks.
Throughout the project, Ultrahaus took full ownership of the product lifecycle, from UX/UI design to infrastructure and final product release, allowing McQueen to focus on their core business while Ultrahaus managed all phases independently.
Results
The MFA Navigator has significantly reduced time spent on manual exchanges between advisors and clients, mitigating data loss risks and offering a reliable, centralized data source. The platform has also improved internal efficiency at McQueen, enhancing the advisory experience and boosting client satisfaction with real-time insights and instant reporting.
Looking Forward
With a strong foundation in data security and user accessibility, MFA Navigator is well-positioned to scale with McQueen’s service offerings, paving the way for further integrations and analytical capabilities in the future.
